Other projects
We love long term relationships. We get to know your business and you get to know us and the way we work. Working with this shared understanding means new projects are given practical direction and shape, and your ideas (or ours if you prefer them) can be developed and launched swiftly.
Here are some of the branding and communications projects we've been involved with, alongside our magazine portfolio:
Bordeaux Quay
We're proud of our work with Bordeaux Quay, the UK's first eco-restaurant. Which is a good thing because being a local restaruant, we see it every day on our way to work. We worked with renowned chef-proprietor Barny Haughton to create Bordeaux Quay's entire brand, from the famous BQ logo, to the pre-launch publicity material, and the sustainably-sourced menu holders.
Workplace Engineering
Part of the Johnson Group, the Bristol-based engineering troubleshooters wanted a way to communicate with a diverse customer base they often found difficult to reach. After talking to them, we quickly realised communication issues spread to other parts of the business too. So a sharp re-branding exercise re-focused client and colleague attention on the business. A new website allowed the company to communicate all the latest developments to customers whenrever they were. And a new e-newsletter kept the company in touch with individual customers, made them feel looked after and encouraged a significant amount of repeat business.
What's Next
When one of our existing clients, Potentially Different, decided to forge a new business partnership, we were able to guide them through the branding process, clarify their goals and define their offer to clients. The result is What's Next, a company providing business leadership skills and team development training. New brand guidelines, brochures, stationery and a sharp website created just the look and feel they were after, allowing them to meet their all-important launch date in great shape.
Burroughs Day
The solicitors came to us with a one-off design project but they liked what we did for them so much they are now regular clients. In short, they wanted to communicate better with clients. So first we created an eye-catching brochure that demonstrated their offer to clients in a clear, concise and attractive way. Which even they had to admit made a pleasant change for a legal practice. Then we re-designed their newslettter around the existing content and came up with a new name to keep Burroughs Day in the minds of their clients whenever they read it. The judgement? A resounding success.
Royal Mail
Royal Mail discovered many of their business customers were unaware they did a lot more than just deliver mail. They wanted their teams to communicate their whole offer effectively. We created four tailored sales incentive packages for different Royal Mail teams, showing them how they could help sell the company's services to an untapped business market. They were very pleased with the results. And we felt good about delivering something to Royal Mail.
